The Adult Citycard helps you make more of the City for less. The card is not only free to everyone, whether you're a city resident or not, but also offers the benefits of discounted travel along with great retail, leisure and library savings.

 

Applying for an Adult Citycard

 

Applying for an Adult Citycard couldn't be easier!  You can apply at any city leisure centre, city library or the NCT Travel Centre in the Old Market Square. You'll need to complete a short form and you'll need to bring along proof of your address (such as a recent bank statement or utility bill).

Once we've processed your application, we'll post your card directly to your home address. This normally takes around 10 working days.
