Card & letter don't match

The name on the letter and the name on the card don't match

Due to a problem during production a small number of cards were sent out on incorrect letters. If a caller has received one of these we would firstly like to apologise for the mistake and issue them with a new card.

Simply send the card together with the letter back to us at the freepost address below and we'll get your replacement card back to you by return of post.
