Information for customers upgrading to Kangaroo who currently pay by direct debit

Exisiting Easyirder Citycard customers who wish to upgrade their existing card to a Citycard with Kangaroo travel and wish to continue paying by direct debit after 31st January 2012 should follow the steps below.

If you wish to continue to have NCT only travel on your Easyrider Citycard you need take no action, NCT will continue to collect your direct debit as normal.

Step one

You'll need to complete a new direct debit mandate to allow us to collect the payment from your bank account each month together with a Citycard application form so that we can add your details to our system.

Step two

You will need to tell NCT to stop collecting a payment from your bank after they have taken the January payment. You can download a copy of the form below, once completed you should send it to the freepost address on the form

Step three

Once you've completed your direct debit mandate and application form you'll need to bring them down to our Travel Centre in the Broadmarsh bus station. We'll then process your application and upgrade your Easyrider Citycard to a Kangaroo Citycard.

Step four

Our direct debit provider Harlands will collect your first payment on the 1st Feburary and on or around the 1st of the month for subsequent months.

Step five

Each month, once we've received your payment we'll send you an updated citycard 3-5 days before your current card is about to expire.
