How to get a Citycard

Citycard has been designed to help Nottingham residents access the best of the City with one card. You can use your Citycard to travel on public transport, access City libraries, get money off activities at City leisure centres and make savings at a range of shops and services. We've also made getting hold of a Citycard as easy as possible. To find out how to apply for the approriate card for you, see the guide below.

Adult Citycard

Adult Citycards are availble to all Nottingham City residents aged between 18 and 59. You can apply for an adult Citycard online here, by calling (0115) 950 60 70 or in person from your local City library or leisure centre.

Citycard 360

Citycard 360 is availble to all permanenet Nottingham City residents aged between 11 and 17. For more information about applying for a Citycard 360 visit the Citycard 360 website here

Senior & Mobility Citycards

Senior and Mobility Citycards are availble to permanent City residents who are aged 60 + or who have a qualifying disability. In order to apply for one of these cards you will need to complete an application form and provide proof of your City residence, age and/or disability. All applicants must have their photograph taken at the NCT Travel Centre at the time of application.
